Here's How My Weight Loss Coaching Programs Works:

After working together you ...

  1. Once I decide you´re a good fit to work together, we will have a discussion about your health history and goal setting.

  2. We will work together to create small habit changes that leads to massive results. 

  3. We will have weekly discussions (60 minutes online) regarding your progress and how you will continue to create positive habits in your life.

  4. Between meetings I will be your mentor and hold your hand while you make small and big changes in your health (weight loss, muscle gain and more energy). You have 24/7 access via email and Instagram

  5. You will gain access to nutrition- and fitness plans and health- and weight loss content.

  1. Have recreated your relationship with food.

  2. Feel better in your own body.

  3. Are more energetic.

  4. Have lost weight and built more muscle.

  5. You know how to balance your blood sugar.
