We will have weekly discussions (60 minutes online) regarding your progress and how you will continue to create positive habits in your life.

Between meetings I will be your mentor and hold your hand while you make small and big changes in your health (weight loss, muscle gain and more energy). You have 24/7 access via email and Instagram
