I want to share my experience working with Bragi. When I spoke to Bragi I wanted to stop being a yoyo dieter. My problem has been consistency and I have been going up and down in weight over the years.

I have only been working with Bragi for 5 weeks. My goal was to minimise bad habits and introduce new and better ones. In this short time, I have managed to adopt better habits when it comes to health and thus be vigilant about choosing healthier oils, increasing protein intake, minimizing snacks at night and focusing on sleep and exercise.
